Learning outcomes

The seminar aims at providing teorical and practical notions concerning digital signature and other tools to access online to public services.

Course contents

The seminar program consists of 8 meetings of 3 hours each. The following topics will be covered: (1) Technological and organizational introduction to the digital signature, to the National Service Card (CNS), to the Electronic Identity Card (CIE) and to SpID (Digital Identity); (2) Introduction to the architecture of the IT system of the Telematic Civil Process (PCT); (3) Legal aspects of the digital signature, of the National Service Card (CNS), of the Electronic Identity Card (CIE) and of the SpID (Digital Identity); (4) The telematic chamber services: the legal landscape and practical applications. The National Service Card (CNS), SpID (Digital Identity) and the digital signature for chamber services; (5) The competences of the business register; (6) Lecture in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce; (7) The National Service Card (CNS), SpID (Digital Identity) and the digital signature of InfoCamere: some practical exercises; (8) The digital signature and the Telematic Civil Process (PCT).

Readings/Bibliography

The teacher will distribute materials through the unibo platform (iol.unibo.it).

Teaching methods

The seminar will last 24 hours (8 meetings of 3 hours each) and will have a theoretical and practical nature. The seminar includes compulsory attendance with collection and verification of the attendance signature. The attendance requirement is understood to be achieved by participating in 6 meetings out of 8.

Assessment methods

Learning is verified by a written test.

Teaching tools

The teacher can use slides to better clarify the logical connections between the different topics covered in the seminar.
