Learning outcomes

The student is expected to learn the methods and tools that can be useful to understand how firms and organization use alliances and other forms of cooperative relationships to pursue their aims, with a particular emphasis on cultural and arts industries. In particular, the student is expected to: - learn theoretical approaches on the above mentioned issues - put into practice frameworks, methods and tools to understand how firms address the same issues.

Teaching methods

The course will employ different teaching methods: lectures, team work for case-studies presentation and discussions, insights of guest speakers.
