Learning outcomes
At the end of the course, students will understand the role of monitoring and reporting systems within business structures and their various applications, including the financial statement model, with a particular focus on banking and insurance companies. Specifically, students will be able to: - identify the role of information systems in tracking and reporting business trends across various dimensions through case study analysis; - understand the role of business performance communication and its place within the information system, especially in the context of banking and insurance companies; - analyze and interpret business performance trends, with particular emphasis on banking and insurance companies.
