Course contents

Physicality in Education: A Space of Resonance, a Sense of

Belonging, and Personal and Community Well-Being

Feeling one’s body, listening to one’s breath, observing one’s attention, directing one’s movements, and recognizing one’s emotions can form a repertoire of transformation, leading to a renewed sense of awareness and responsibility in terms of shared belonging and interconnection.

This initiative aligns with the guidelines of the UNESCO 2030 Agenda, with particular emphasis on LIFE’S SKILLS. The work is based on the Embodied Inquiry Method and focuses on a number of theoretical and practical tools drawn from the principles of traditional Far Eastern meditative body disciplines.
