Learning outcomes

At the end of the Biochemistry Laboratory course, the student acquires methodological and applicative elements useful for integrating the knowledge acquired in the Biochemistry course.

Course contents

The student will learn how to use digital tools such as GDB compare [https://vizhub.healthdata.org/gbd-compare/] and Food for healthy life [http://v2.food4healthylife.org/] to evaluate how diet can influence the health of entire populations or individuals.

Teaching methods

The exercise will be held in the computer lab and each student will have access to a PC.

The student will have to complete exercises on these instruments and may be selected to describe to the class how he or she performed these exercises.
