Learning outcomes

Upon completion of the seminar, students will have acquired the fundamental legal concepts necessary to engage effectively with the first-year courses in the Department of Legal Studies. They will also possess a basic understanding of both private and public law.

Teaching methods

The seminar combines lectures, guided reading and discussion of the assigned texts, and interactive workshop sessions.

Assessment methods

The final assessment consists of a written examination comprising 25 multiple-choice questions, each with three answer options, covering the topics addressed during the seminar. To pass the examination, students must answer at least 15 of the 25 questions correctly. No penalty is applied for incorrect answers.
