Learning outcomes
Upon completion of the module, students will have acquired the knowledge and skills necessary to understand the clinical applications and interpretation of electromyography (EMG) and related neurophysiological diagnostic techniques.
Course contents
The course covers the methodological principles and clinical application of electromyography (EMG) in the evaluation of the following neuromuscular disorders:
- Peripheral polyneuropathies
- Motor neuron diseases and radiculopathies
- Neuromuscular junction disorders
- Myopathies
