Learning outcomes
Upon completion of the course, students will be able to: -use appropriate tools to monitor training and performance in the main team sports; -analyse team sports from physical and technical-tactical perspectives through notational analysis and match analysis; -demonstrate knowledge of the main training methods used for physical conditioning in team sports; -plan training programmes aimed at both performance enhancement and injury prevention, taking into account the athletes’ competitive level, age, and gender.

Assessment methods
Oral examination with three questions, one on each of the three parts of the course content (training and performance, match analysis, and injury prevention/rehabilitation training). It will be possible to do mid-term examinations on the parts training and performance and match analysis, consisting of short presentations on the work done during practical classes. Mid-term examinations will replace questions about the respective parts of the course content in the final oral examination.
