Learning outcomes

The objective of the course is to provide students with tools to understand the strategic interactions of firms and the evaluation of industrial and competition policies. In particular, students will be able to: i) understand and use the concepts of equilibria in cooperative and non cooperative games; ii) use these concepts to evaluate the strategic interaction of firms and its consequences for market structure; iii) analyse the different forms of competition policies.
