Learning outcomes

At the end of the course unit, students: - possess an in-depth knowledge about the international and supranational labour law instruments, with an emphasis on transboundary working relationships and any possible distortion due to labour mobility (e.g. social dumping); - are capable, also by relying on regulatory comparison patterns, to resolve complex legal issues on working relationships characterized by the presence of international elements or involving economic migrants.
