Learning outcomes
By the end of this course students are able to: - identify and describe key issues and methods in microeconomics; - analyze how people and firms make trade-offs and decisions; - discuss the micro-foundations present in public/private policy debate in economics and their implications for economic decision-making; - identify strengths and weaknesses of economic models and their policy implications; - critically evaluate data and their graphical representations.
