Learning outcomes

The students have a good knowledge in analysing decision-making processes and coordination dynamics in support of public action and organizational themes in order to promote social innovation.


Course contents

The course aims at:
a) providing analytical tools for the exploration of phenomena related to complex fields of social intervention

b) providing tools to plan actions and for (re)design organizational and institutional environments.

The course will involve professionals and expert of social work that will illustrate to the students experiences of social innovation.

Readings/Bibliography

Bibliography will be agreed during the course.

Teaching methods

 Seminars, working groups.

Assessment methods

- attending the seminars (4/5 at least)
- writing a paper, about the topics developed on seminars and on bibliography.

 

Artificial Intelligence (AI) may be used as a supplementary tool to support independent learning, including for the exploration of course topics, the preparation of summaries, and self-assessment activities.
