Learning outcomes

The student is expected to analyze financial reports, understand budgets and prepare business plans for cultural organizations. In particular the student is expected: - to understand and use information included in financial reports of cultural organizations; - to prepare and manage a budget for both permanent institutions and specific cultural projects; - to structure and manage a business plan for cultural organizations.
