Learning outcomes

At the end of the training activity, the student: • Has acquired theoretical skills for understanding the psychological processes underlying interpersonal communication. • Has learned notions relating to the demand analysis within the patient/clinician colloquium.

Course contents

The course focuses on the use of communication in the relationship between individuals and in the doctor/patient relationship.

Frontal lessons

Assessment methods

The exam consists of 4 open questions. Time available: 60 minutes. The program includes all the bibliographic material indicated in the texts section, including any topic which was not discussed during the classes.

Regarding the assessment of learning, the use of AI is prohibited. Any use constitutes a violation of academic integrity.

Each response will be graded from 0 to 30. The final grade will correspond to the average of the four questions.

The evaluation criteria for the open-ended questions are as follows:
- 0 for no answer or a completely incorrect answer;
- 6 for an extremely incomplete and insufficient answer, or one that is completely off-topic;
- 12 for an answer that is slightly incomplete and/or contains incorrect concepts or fails to address the specific question directly;
- 18 for an adequate level of argumentation and content;
- 25 for good argumentation and high-quality content;
- 30 cum laude for excellent argumentation and comprehensive coverage of the syllabus concepts relevant to the specific question.

They will be responsible for suggesting any accommodations to the students concerned.
