Learning outcomes
Ability to suture simple wounds.
Ability to remove any kind of suture.
Course contents
The student will gain skills related to sterility, the sterilization process, the procedures for dressing in the operating room and putting on gloves, and setting up a sterile field.
The student will gain skills on how to handle the main surgical instruments and how to place stitches.
