Learning outcomes

At the end of the activities the student will be able to recognize the most simple histopathological lesions.


Course contents

Histopathological and macroscopic cases will be examined and discussed, with special emphasis on oral cavity lesions.

The lesions here discussed had been previously presented during the lectures of the course of Anatomic Pathology.


Readings/Bibliography

All presentations used for lectures and practical sessions will be published and made available to students. The presentations cover all the concepts students need to know to pass the exam and are updated in accordance with the latest diagnostic guidelines.

Therefore, attending lectures and studying the materials provided to UniBo students is sufficient to pass the exam.

During of the examination the student will be asked to explain one of the cases discussed during the course.
