Learning outcomes

At the end of the module the student has the ability to apply knowledge and understanding relating to geriatric and rheumatological pathologies susceptible to physio-kinesitherapy treatment, identifying the preventive and rehabilitative needs of the subject through the evaluation of clinical data.

Teaching methods

Frontal lessons.

In consideration of the types of activities and teaching methods adopted, the attendance of this training activity requires all students to carry out modules 1 and 2 in e-learning mode and participation in the third module of specific training on safety and health in the places of study / internship.

Students with learning disorders and\or temporary or permanent disabilities: please, contact the office responsible (https://site.unibo.it/studenti-con-disabilita-e-dsa/en/for-students) as soon as possible so that they can propose acceptable adjustments. The request for adaptation must be submitted in advance (15 days before the exam date) to the lecturer, who will assess the appropriateness of the adjustments, taking into account the teaching objectives.

Assessment methods

Learning assessment is based on the achievement of the learning objectives covered in class.

Learning assessment consists of an oral exam.

The use of cell phones or supporting materials such as handouts or notes is not permitted during the oral exam.

To take the exam, students must register on the appropriate lists published on Alma Esami and submit their written paper at least one week in advance.

The final grade is expressed in thirtieths.

Grading examination:

Preparation on a very limited number of topics covered in the course and analytical ability that emerges only with the assistance of the instructor, generally using correct language → 18-19;

Preparation on a limited number of topics covered in the course and independent analysis ability only on purely executive questions, generally using correct language → 20-24;

Knowledge of a broad range of topics covered in the course, ability to independently make critical analysis choices, mastery of specific terminology → 25-29;

Substantially comprehensive knowledge of the topics covered in the course, ability to independently make critical analysis and connection choices, full mastery of specific terminology, and ability to argue and self-reflect → 30-30L.

Instructions on the use of generative artificial intelligence in exams: AI can be a useful tool to support individual study with in-depth analysis, summaries, and self-assessment. Regarding learning assessment, the use of AI is prohibited for exams conducted off-site, which will be validated following analysis of the work materials produced and submitted, including through an oral exam if necessary.
