Learning outcomes

At the end of the course, students will have acquired the necessary knowledge regarding the conduct expected of sports managers in the amateur sector and will be able to competently manage the correct humanistic use of the tools needed to run various amateur sports organizations.

  • The Register of Amateur Sports Activities (RASD).
  • The Organizational Management Model (MOG).
  • The Manager Responsible for Combating Abuse, Violence, and Discrimination (ReCavid).
  • Managerial behavior in sports organizations.
  • Team management.
  • Management of work meetings.
  • The role of the manager in communication management.
  • Assertive communication.
  • Tasks, obligations, and responsibilities of the administrator and manager of an amateur sports organization.
  • Management of the interference risk assessment document (DUVRI).
  • Installation of special equipment.
  • The risk assessment document (DVR) approval procedure.
  • Record keeping.
  • Overview of the Institute for Sports and Cultural Credit.
