Teaching methods
Specific clinical characteristics of different pathologies and main treatment options will be presented.
Discussion of illustrative clinical cases will be used.
Assessment methods
Exam will be oral and will focus on the topics covered during the course. Student's ability to present the topic using precise and appropriate technical terms following a logical sequence will be assessed.
The grade obtained in each module contributes to the Integrated Course grade in proportion to the course load expressed in credits.
Final grading:
Preparation on a very limited number of topics covered in the course and analytical ability that emerges only with teacher's assistance, using generally correct language → 18-19;
Preparation on a limited number of topics covered in the course and independent analysis ability only on purely executive issues, using correct language → 20-24;
Preparation on a large number of topics covered in the course, ability to make independent critical analysis choices, with specific terminology → 25-29;
Substantially exhaustive preparation on the topics covered in the course, ability to make independent choices of critical analysis and connection, full specific terminology and ability to scientific argumentation → 30-30L.
