Learning outcomes
This course aims to provide students with advanced knowledge of the physiological and psychobiological aspects of sport, structured around the following areas:
* Physiological and psychobiological models of the athlete and sport performance
* Acute and chronic responses to training
* Fatigue and unexplained underperformance syndrome (“overtraining”)
During the practical and technical activities, students will develop skills in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting physiological and psychobiological data relevant to the assessment of athletes and training.
