Learning outcomes
The course will allow you to acquire basic knowledge relating to the functioning of the cognitive system and, in particular, personality, emotions, motivation, different forms of intelligence and decision making. At the end of the course the student will therefore know better which skills represent the foundations in the interactions of groups, such as sports teams, and which rules can guide decision making in the management of a sports working group.

Teaching methods
Lectures with audio-visual instruments.
Assessment methods
The final exam will consist of a multiple choice test on all the topics of the course.
The written test consists of 30 multiple response questions, to be completed in 20 minutes. The score will be so assigned: +1 point for each correct answer, 0 points for each question not answered.
The test will be passed with a score equivalent to half the maximum achievable.
