Course contents

The "Deontologia professionale e progettazione di interventi / Professional Ethics and Intervention Planning" series of workshops aim to provide the theoretical and practical skills essential for developing intervention projects in the psychological field, in full compliance with the current Code of Ethics for Italian Psychologists. The program is structured over six days of classes, each lasting four hours.
The first three days will be dedicated to an in-depth exploration of the theoretical aspects of the Code of Ethics. Classes will be delivered in a participatory, classroom-based format: starting with a theoretical and lexical analysis of the Code's articles, students will be encouraged to ask questions and actively participate in a process of critical reflection, aimed at exploring the aspects of greatest interest to them. Discussion of each article will begin with practical examples of its application in a professional context.
Subsequent classes will adopt a participatory learning methodology, placing the student at the center of the skill acquisition process. Participants will be asked to independently develop a psychological intervention project, in accordance with the principles of Law 56 of 1989. This experiential project will utilize cooperative learning, a teaching strategy that promotes interactive assimilation of knowledge through collaborative work in small groups. Students, thus organized, will be tasked with designing and developing a project, choosing a specific area of intervention. Once completed, each group will present their work in plenary, receiving detailed feedback from the instructor on the critical issues identified and insights that will enrich the content of their work. Collective sharing of the projects will provide an additional and significant source of learning, facilitating a fruitful exchange with the diverse work produced by other students.
