Learning outcomes
Learning Outcomes: At the end of the course the student develops skills and technical abilities related to: strategies of business development, innovation, and internationalization in the tourism sector. More specifically, the student is able to: apply the proper analytical tools to the tourism sector; to competently evaluate the technological and organizational process of change within the firm; to critically evaluate the management of internationalization.

Teaching methods
During the lectures, the presentation of theoretical issues will be complemented by critical discussion of strategic applications in the accomodation system.
Students will receive take home problem sets, to be solved in small groups and handed in with specific deadlines. These homework require data analysis work and writing short essays aimed to produce a project of business plan
Assessment methods
There are two components of the course assessment: take home assignments in terms of a business plan project in groups and written exam on price topic.
The grade is graduated as follows:
<18 failed
18-23 sufficient
24-27 good
28-30 very good
30 e lode excellent
