Learning outcomes
At the end of the course, the student is able to plan, schedule, and control the technical and economic actions that allow for the rationalization of the production process, as well as to define the allocation of economic resources necessary for implementing project decisions.
Course contents
1. The planning of the production process.
1.1. Primary work cycles, production phases and sub-phases.
1.2 Elements of implementation of the phases and sub-phases of work: materials, equipment, preparations, means of transport, earth-moving machinery.
1.3 The contractual documentation for the management of the contract.
2. The construction site project.
2.1 Logistics, fixed locations and systems.
2.2 Infrastructures and handling.
2.3 The costruction site signage.
2.4 Operators and responsible subjects.
3. Operational planning of the production process.
3.1 Average daily productivity of the work phases and sub-phases.
3.2 Programming: graphical methods and lattice methods.
3.3 The work schedule.
3.4 The optimization of times, costs and resources.
