Learning outcomes

At the end of the module, students will have acquired knowledge of the methodology, organizational models, and clinical care models for taking charge of patients/families/communities in order to plan and manage care in chronic situations with a view to continuity. They will develop knowledge of therapeutic education methodology.

2. Models of care and care settings in chronic conditions

e) Parkinson's disease


f) thyroid disorders


g) rheumatological diseases
