Learning outcomes
At the end of the TPV programme the student is able to independently apply the knowledge acquired during the training activities of the degree course, in particular - choose suitable tools for assessment and evaluation activities; - choose suitable tools for interventions in the school and community; - prepare and interventions in the school and community - prepare reports to be returned to principals, school, institution and service users who are the recipients of its activities
Course contents
The contents of this internship are as follows: participation in action research and participatory action research activities in school and community contexts. The activities involve context analysis, the design and evaluation of research intervention projects, and the presentation of results in written and oral form to a variety of actors (recipients, stakeholders, clients). The activities are linked to research intervention projects aimed at combating the exclusion of young people from participatory processes with an intersectional approach and promoting individual and community empowerment.

The area(s) of intervention is/are as follows: community psychology and applied research in psychology.
The target audience for the activity is as follows: adolescents, young people, and adults.
The professional tools that the intern will acquire are as follows: individual and group interview techniques and methods to encourage active participation (participatory planning), quantitative and qualitative research tools for project evaluation, presentation of results in written and oral form to a variety of actors (recipients, stakeholders, clients).

Teaching methods
The methods used to achieve the skills include: participation in discussions with the tutor and/or in teams, involvement in research team activities, group activities with other trainees (data collection, processing, intervention planning) carried out with increasing autonomy and deferred supervision by the tutor.

Assessment methods
The tutor will assess the skills acquired by the intern during and at the end of the internship using a standardized procedure prepared by the Department of Psychology, which will result in a quantitative and suitability assessment valid for admission to the Practical Assessment Test.
