Learning outcomes

The aim of the course is to describe the typical governance structures and internal control mechanisms of corporates. The course will as well interpret the analysis of the functioning of governance structures and of internal control mechanisms in the light of the main theories that address the relationship between the various actors who interact within corporates such as stakeholders theory, agency theory and stewardship theory.
