Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student knows the due diligence process. Specifically, he/she is able to plan, organize, and conduct a due diligence.

Course contents

The course is structured in two modules, and completion of the training program requires mandatory participation in both, as the second module is the natural continuation of the first.

The course has a practical and professional approach, and during the lessons, examples—including documentary ones—drawn from professional practice will be presented.

The content presented in the course, delivered in English, will primarily include the following:

  • Business Life Cycle and impact of the management of the growth path;
  • The Deal Cycle;
  • The contractual aspects of the Deal Cycle - M&A Transaction;
  • The Tax Due Diligence;
  • The Legal Due Diligence;
  • The Financial Due Diligence;
  • Case studies with classroom discussion.
