Learning outcomes

Upon completion of the course, students will understand: - the different types, classifications, and fundamental characteristics of individual sports; - how to define performance models; - the educational value of individual sports in educational, recreational, and sporting contexts; - techniques, technical regulations, conventional graphic symbols, and equipment. Students will also be able to propose a simple teaching methodology and a progression of introductory exercises for the sport.
