Learning outcomes

The course focuses on the effects of cultures and of languages on cognitive processes.

Course contents

The Psychology of Intercultural Communication course will address the topic of verbal and nonverbal communication from a psychological perspective, placing particular emphasis on the study of emotions, pathological communication, and the mass media.

Frontal lessons, with power point presentations and discussions.

Assessment methods

The exam consists of a multiple-choice questionnaire. The exam is designed to verify the student's comprehensive and critical understanding of the course topics.

Students may take all exam sessions following their enrollment year, keeping in mind that the syllabus and exam format will be updated based on the current academic year's course content.

The exam sessions (6 in total) will take place starting in January, with one session per month:

Exam Session 1: January 20

Exam Session 2: February 20

Exam Session 3: March 20

Exam Session 4: April 20

Exam Session 5: May 20

Exam Session 6: June 20
