Teaching methods
Lectures and practical workshops among students with the guidance and supervision of the teacher.
Assessment methods
Oral examination at the end of the course. The exam will last approximately 30 minutes. The grade will be expressed out of 30.
Students who have reached the required number of class attendances will be admitted to the oral exam.
The evaluation criteria for the oral exam will be:
- Knowledge of the content: ability to express the content of the lectures and teaching materials in a correct, coherent, and organized manner;
- Analytical and critical skills: ability to connect the knowledge acquired in different topics in order to maintain an active and coherent critique of the material and one's own knowledge;
- Effective communication: use of appropriate language and vocabulary, use of scientific terminology, ability to express oneself in a manner appropriate to the university context;
- Ability to answer questions: ability to answer questions precisely and appropriately, demonstrating understanding of the topics covered.
Grade Level:
18-21 Superficial preparation of course topics, inability to provide specific information, and analytical skills that emerge only with instructor guidance; substantially correct language and communication;
22-25 More specific preparation on a limited number of the topics covered, with more independent and coherent analytical skills; inability to provide detailed information without instructor guidance; substantially correct language and communication;
26-29 Specific and detailed preparation on most of the course topics, with independent analytical skills. Correct use of scientific language.
30 Specific and detailed preparation of course topics, coherent analysis of content, consistent and appropriate use of scientific language.
