Learning outcomes

The laboratory is structured as a confrontation between the student and the pull of companies providing internship positions. At the end of the workshop the student, - knows the company profiles of the companies involved and their organizational map - knows and the framework of skills required - is able to assess the match between his or her skills, expectations and the company realities presented

Course contents

The workshop aims to support students in developing the key skills necessary for an effective integration into the corporate environment. Through targeted activities, participants will explore the main aspects of career orientation and future choices, with particular attention to decision-making processes during transitional phases.
The programme also includes a focus on both transversal competencies (soft skills) and technical-professional competencies (hard skills) required by organizations, providing useful tools to approach the internship experience in a conscious and well-prepared manner.

Teaching methods

Simulations, exercises and company meetings for internship proposal submission. Attendance is mandatory.

Assessment methods

Attendance and participation allow the achievement of eligibility.
