Teaching methods
The course adopts a teaching methodology primarily based on cooperative learning, integrated with lectures and meetings with professionals from the sports sector. The training pathway includes practical activities focused on the critical analysis of clinical cases and the systematic review of scientific literature, in order to explore key topics related to rehabilitation in the sports field.
Assessment methods
The assessment of learning is based on the achievement of the educational objectives addressed throughout the course, encompassing both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
Accordingly, the evaluation consists of both a written and a practical examination.
The written exam is individual and requires the student to demonstrate understanding of the topics covered (diagnostic process, clinical and orthopedic tests, diagnosis, and physiotherapeutic treatment) through a multiple-choice test.
The practical exam is conducted in groups and involves the presentation of a poster on a topic agreed upon with the instructor during the lessons.
The final grade is expressed as a pass/fail judgment.
Teaching tools
PC (with connection to internet) and video-projector.
In consideration of the types of activities and teaching methods adopted, the attendance of this training activity requires all students to carry out modules 1 and 2 in e-learning mode and participation in the third module of specific training on safety and health in the places of study / internship.
