Learning outcomes
Students complete an educational and scientific program, to the extent of its competence, knowledge and study of the mechanism of action of drugs, medicines and toxic, natural, synthetic and biotechnology products, essential to the understanding of drug therapy and effects of toxic drugs and of other substances.
Course contents
Cholinergic transmission, Noradrenergic
transmission, Anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDS and Glucocorticoids),
Blood pressure and Hypertension, Cardiac blood flow and miocardial
infarction, Cardiac output and cardiac failure, Gastrointestinal
