Learning outcomes

The aim of this course is to provide students with a general knowledge of the concept of social innovation and its relevance for the development of firms and markets, specially in services sectors, wih the interplay with civil societies and the public administration. The course will also focus on social innovation policies  in Europe and Italy and on the analysis of case studies.
