Learning outcomes
The course aims to provide knowledge relating to the organization of the labor market and the role played by private subjects.
The current labor market requires operators to possess new skills and the ability to innovate, to promote employment and the matching of job supply and demand.
In this context, the figure of the recruiter assumes a crucial role in understanding the personnel needs of private organizations, the search for professional and working profiles.

2. Private Employment Agencies (APL): types and activities
3. The State and Regional authorization to operate in the labor market and the single national register of the APL
4. The regional accreditation of the APL for the provision of employment services
5. Gratuity and the rights of workers looking for work
6. The professional figure of the recruiter
II. Teaching Module
1. Analysis of personnel needs and recruiting techniques
2. Use of ICT for employment promotion
3. Digital recruiting, cyber-vetting; web scraping
Readings/Bibliography
Bibliography and texts for the preparation of the final exam will be communicated at the beginning of the lessons.
Teaching methods
The teaching activity is divided into a cycle of frontal lessons and a laboratory focused on the management of job interviews and on the assessment for personnel selection.
Particular attention is paid to examining the main tools used by the recruiter (e.g., database of professional profiles, publication of announcements, CV screening, Company Profile, Career Day, social recruiting, soft skills tests), as well as to the analysis personnel selection methodologies and techniques, with the involvement of qualified private operators.
At the workshops collaborate the HR Recruiter Specialists of AlmaLaurea Srl.
Assessment methods
The course requires attendance at lectures and active participation in laboratories.
The final learning assessment includes a written self-assessment test of the skills acquired.
Teaching tools
The frontal teaching activity is accompanied by a practical and laboratory activity, making use of the support of the online platform.
