Learning outcomes

Develops legal skills on comparative law and follow-up on contemporary issues about labour and company law, analysed by italian and german perspective.

Course contents

The workshop will be held in collaboration with experts in German Law on topical issues related to Labour, Business and Company Law.

Some lectures will be dedicated

- firstly: to basic concepts of Italian and German Legal System,focusing on civil, labour and commercial law.

- furthermore: analyse and discussion on some contemporary topics related to labour and company/business law with specific regards to the ESG factors and the european and german legal framework

Attendance is compulsory.

To get the credits, the students will be involved in discussion and solution of legal cases, during the lectures.
