Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student will be able to carry out the assessment of the Body Composition and Energy Balance of the healthy individual and will have knowledge to set up and implement the hospital diet.

Course contents

Evaluation of the state of nutrition (Bioimpedance and evaluation of anthropometric parameters, triceps fold, dynamometry, armband) and Energy Balance (food survey / food diaries calculation)
