Learning outcomes

The laboratory is mainly applicative, the learning outcomes is to provide the tools for the preparation of a business plan for the development of a new business activity, a new branch of business or a new business idea. At the end of the workshop the student is able to : - carry out the preliminary analysis necessary for the preparation of the plan; - structure the different phases of the plan (from the analysis of competitors to the positioning choices); - evaluate the alternatives of choice in economic terms.

Course contents

The laboratory consists in the preparation of a Business Plan for a new business initiative, the launch of a new product and/or market or a new branch of business.

It will be evaluted the business plan carried out by the group

The pitch will be presented to the teacher


The assessment will focus on the degree of originality, depth and detail of the business plan submitted
