Learning outcomes

By the end of the course, the student will be able to:

  • Explain the psychological and occupational effects of shift and night work on healthcare professionals;

  • Identify and describe core strategies for managing sleep in the context of healthcare work;

  • Evaluate the role of sleep quality in supporting the well-being of patients and caregivers.
