Learning outcomes

At the end of the module, the student possesses the knowledge relating to the organizational context in which the physiotherapist operates. Knowledge of the most significant aspects of the main laws and regulations that regulate the Italian health system and the figure of the physiotherapist. He also knows the main concepts of the sociology of work according to the different theoretical approaches: the division of labor, occupation, profession and competence. Knowledge of the impact of organizational change on the skills of the health worker and the historical evolution of the health professions.

Teaching methods

Front lessons and lecture.

Assessment methods

Learning assessment is based on the achievement of the learning objectives covered in class.

The assessment, therefore, consists of a written exam.

This written exam lasts 60 minutes and consists of five mandatory open-ended questions and one optional one.

Grading is expressed in thirtieths: each mandatory question answered correctly and completely earns a maximum of 6 points. An additional point is awarded for answering the optional question correctly and completely, which, if all questions are answered correctly, earns a maximum of 6 points.

The use of cell phones or supporting materials such as handouts or notes is prohibited during the written exam.

To take the exam, students must register on the appropriate lists published on Alma Esami.

PC with internet connection and video- projector.

In consideration of the types of activities and teaching methods adopted, the attendance of this training activity requires all students to carry out modules 1 and 2 in e-learning mode and participation in the third module of specific training on safety and health in the places of study / internship.
