Learning outcomes

By the end of the course, students will understand fundamental human behaviors and mental processes, including cognitive functions across development and psychophysiological responses to emotions, motivations, and stress-related states. They will also be able to recognize anxiety-related behaviors and support coping strategies for stress and pain perception in children and adults.

Assessment methods

The examination comprises 21 multiple-choice questions, each with a single correct answer. Candidates are allotted 16 minutes to complete the test. A passing grade requires a cumulative score exceeding 18 out of 30, which corresponds to a minimum of 12 correct responses. The highest possible grade is 30 cum laude. Upon notification of their results, students may formally decline their grade by submitting a written request via email to monica.martoni@unibo.it .
