Course contents

The lectures will deal with the following topics:
- law and language (use of the language, legal language and legal terms);
- interpretation (interpretation of person's will and interpretation of law);
- legal logic and legal case's solution (reasoning by analogy, defining; classification and legal rules);
- argument;
- basics of civil law.

Assessment methods

Attendance is compulsory.

The students will be involved in discussion and solution of legal cases, during the lectures and, to get the credits, they must write an essay on lectures' topics (particularly solutions of cases).
