Course contents

The course aims to reflect on teaching as a science of education in its theoretical and practical dimensions: its languages, the main theoretical models of teaching / learning, the interplay between research and education (the teacher researcher) and the connections between design, evaluation and action learning, strategies of individualization and customization as well as the processes of socialization in the classroom and in the laboratory. Teaching, then, as an autonomous science in continual construction through research.

In this context and in the complexity of a society in which formal, informal and non-formal education are increasingly interconnected (also in the framework of the knowledge society), it also places the problem of educational technologies and the transformation of the instruments of communication and educational mediation within a total expansion and redefinition of the concept of education. ICTs critically analyze all the instrumental and methodological opportunities in which teachers to exercise their right and duty to chose according to the quality of the objectives of services and projects in which they operate and the specific content of their training program. Therefore we propose to analyze the concepts of multimedia and interactivity in the new learning environments, to address the problem of the technological qualification of the educational experience lived in the new context of the development of telematics equipment, to identify new opportunities for professional learning for teachers called to consciously move in the complex environment of new technologies. These questions will be studied within the framework of gender studies and inclusive education.

The course is in blended learning (32 hours in presence and 16 hours at a distance).
