Learning outcomes

Lessons will focus on fundamental principles of civil procedure. Students are supposed to have an active partecipation to lessons and to discuss. Dispositions of law will be taken into special consideration in order to develop students' ability of managing with.

- arbitration

- law firm

Andrea Giussani, Corso di diritto processuale dell'impresa, Bononia University Press, 2015 (four chapters chosen by the student).

Teaching methods

Partecipation to lessons is not obliged, nevertheless it is recommended to better understand the main topics in order to prepare the oral exam.

To better prepare the exam, students will have to refer first to the handbook chosen, on the more it is necessary to consult the main articles of law quoted in the handbook.

Assessment methods

Oral exam related to all items (see "programma"), asking the student to develop some of the main topics.

Teaching tools

As for any other subject, it's obviously recommended to follow the course. It is recommended as well to prepare the linked exams of European Union procedure law and of Arbitration law.
