Course contents
The clinical perspective: knowledge, competences and emotions in clinical practice.
Clinical applications of the cognitive-behavioral model.
Cognitive-behavioral assessment: principles and procedures.
Effective treatments for anxiety and affective disorders.
Clinical application of structured interviews: aim, structure and validity (e.g., Hamilton Depression Rating Scale and Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale, SCID I e II).
Diagnostic Criteria for Psychosomatic Research (DCPR).
Basic principles of assessment and case conceptualization according to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).
