Learning outcomes

Lessons will take into consideration the fundamental principles of civil procedure and some of the most relevant proceedings. Lessons will develop following a dialogical method professor-students, starting our analysis from articles to then lighten them in the perspective of the most relevant doctrine and jurisprudence on the matter.

Teaching methods

Partecipation to lessons is not obliged, nevertheless it is recommended to better understand the main topics and to be helped in order to prepare the oral exam.

To better prepare the exam, student will have to consider first the handbook chosen, beside it is necessary to consult the main articles of law that the author recalls while explaining institutes.

Assessment methods

Oral exam related to all items (see "programma"), asking the student to develop some of the main topics.

Teaching tools

As for any other subject, it's obviously recommended to follow the course, preferably handling articles of law into force (see the book edited by the professor and indicated sub "testi").
