Learning outcomes
The course aims to illustrate the constitutional principles
and the basic concepts of criminal law, the structure of the Code
and the main categories of the criminal justice system and the
study of the most significant criminal offenses.
Attending students will have the opportunity to analyze many
practical cases. Access will also be carried out at the offices of
Judicial Bologna to attend public hearings and then discuss the
cases judged
