Recombination, Linkage, and genetic mapping

Genetics of bacteria and their viruses

Variations in chromosome structure and number

Structure and replication of DNA

The function of the gene

Transcription and translation, the genetic code

DNA mutation and repair

Introduction to Genomics: genetic and phisical  mapping, genomic sequencing
