Course contents

Storical evolution of italian banking law (from 1861 until banking reform of 1926 and 1936). Evolution of european and italian banking discipline. Public organism of the italian banking sector. The credit authorities: regulation and vigilance of the banking and financial market. The banking activity: access and authorization.
